Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Insurance General Manager. As the Insurance General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the insurance department, managing a team of insurance professionals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is a hybrid role, based in Amman, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and practices
- Experience in managing and leading a team
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret insurance data
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Certifications in insurance industry (e.g., CII, CPCU) are a plus
