This requires analyzing customer account statements and transaction histories to understand complaints, identifying errors or discrepancies, and communicating findings to customers. Collaboration with other departments is necessary to gather information for complaint resolution, and maintaining clear, well-supported records of complaints and their resolutions is vital. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance with minimum of 3 years’ experience in same role. Responsibility: • Resolve customer complaints within the service level agreement. • Follow up internally on pending customer complaints related to billing, payments, and other requirements. • Investigate customer complaints related to billing and payments, reviewing account statements and transaction history. • Identify errors or discrepancies in customer records that may have led to complaints. • Communicate findings of the investigation to customers as needed. • Liaise with other departments to gather information needed to resolve complaints. • Analyze complaints to identify underlying issues for future problem prevention. • Maintain clear records of customer complaints with evidence of resolution. • Prepare and follow up on official letters with customers and governance bodies. • Follow up on updates to customer financial information. • Prepare management reports on section performance. Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance with minimum of 3 years’ experience in same role. • Experience working within a fully integrated JDE Enterprise One implementation and • support
