A renowned company specializing in innovative aesthetic laser equipment is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in driving sales initiatives and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment. As a Senior Sales Representative you will contribute to the company s growth and stay at the cutting edge of aesthetic technology making a tangible impact in the industry.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Generation and Sales Conversion: Identify develop and convert new business opportunities in the aesthetic laser market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Product Demonstration and Education: Demonstrate the use of aesthetic laser products educating clients on their benefits and applications.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales targets while aligning with the companys sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance.


Requirements

Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of aesthetic laser technology and its applications.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • CRM Expertise: Experience with customer relationship management systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and company needs.
  • Team Orientation: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Education and Experience Required

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 35 years of sales experience in the medical device or aesthetic laser industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aesthetic and medical device industry including market trends and regulatory standards.
  • Recognition: At least 2 Presidents Club or Rep of the Year awards.

Skills Required

  • Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (MS Office Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
