Job Title: Program Manager III / Technology Project/Program Management
Location: 1001 17th Street Suite 200 Denver CO Hybrid Role will need to be located near Denver CO expected to come into the office twice a week.

Duties:
Oversees and provides direction throughout the duration of projects from design stages to beta testing and through to final production. This includes the daytoday instruction strategic direction and/or organizational initiatives pertaining to the technical project or program. Functions performed include defining and executing against goals/deadlines tracking and reporting progress/budget maintaining support documentation and responding to contingencies during the technical cycle of events.

Manages the launch and full lifecycle of a complex crossfunctional program in the emerging tech space.
Works closely with key stakeholders including national global and service leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
Develops and implements a comprehensive program strategy including defining scope objectives deliverables and success metrics.
Defines and articulates the longterm vision for the program while developing shortterm plans that enable the achievement of objectives.
Implements processes in support of the Technology Project/Program Management work areas overall strategy.

Implements robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor program progress performance and outcomes.
Communicates program results to leaders and key stakeholders. Provides timely and accurate reporting on status identified barriers and timelines.
Manages the program budget ensuring costeffective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Stays abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies and drives continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
Simplifies complex technology subjects in a way that can be easily understood by less technical audiences.

Oversees crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers consultants and other specialists to ensure cohesive and effective collaboration.
Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring

Basic Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelors Degree
* Work Experience: 5 years of experience in program or project management preferrably working with emerging technologies and/or large change management efforts

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven record of success launching and executing largescale programs
* Demonstrated ability to navigate rapidly changing environments. Candidates must be builders and highly agile. A track record of delivering results in a fastpaced dynamic environment is a must.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and management
* Demonstrated ability to selfdirect and prioritize constantly evolving workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences
* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Willingness to dive deep and experiment rapidly
* Experience creating formal program management deliverables / reports
* Agile Methodology
