Overview:
A fast growing manufacturer of Aroma Chemicals Fragrances and Flavours and having sales PanIndia and Overseas market is looking for an Accounts Executive
The role of an Accounts Executive is crucial to the organizations financial health and success. This position involves managing financial transactions preparing financial reports and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The Accounts Executive plays a key role in supporting the finance department and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payments uploading to the bank
2. Preparation of Debit note / Credit Notes
3. Purchase Invoice Booking
4. Ledger reconciliation
5. Preparation of monthly MIS reports
6. Weekly vendor aging
7. Should be knowledge about exchange rate
8. Should be knowledge about stock audit
9. Knowledge of Payable & Receivable
10. Knowledge of SAP FICO / B1
EXPECTATION & REQUIRE SKILLS:
1. Good time management skill
2. Verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
3. Ability to multitask
4. Should be able to do work in SAP
5. Ability in work in a team environment
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
