Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

This is a fulltime position based in Singapore.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and consultations that achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns as well as exceptional leadership and project management skills.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and consultations to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Grow organic and paid social media channels to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Create and manage events that support the overall marketing strategy and drive lead generation.
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) tactics to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Manage the companys website to ensure that it is optimized for lead generation and conversion.
• Source and manage partnerships with other companies to increase brand visibility and generate leads and B2B revenue opportunities
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
• Liaise with the global marketing team and local sales team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Recruit train and manage the marketing team to ensure that they are working cohesively and delivering optimal results.

What skills and experience are required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with social media marketing event creation and management SEO website management and partnership management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform marketing strategies.
