- Graphic Designer - LatAm

The Graphic Designer will primarily focus on the creation of visually compelling graphics for Meta and Facebook advertising campaigns. This role involves working closely with the Creative Manager to understand client briefs and translate them into effective ad graphics that resonate with target audiences. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for incorporating illustrations images and designs to accurately reflect the desired theme and tone of communications.

Position: Graphic Designer
Salary Range: $2000 $3000 USD (based on experience)
Type of contract: Independent contractor.
Payment Frequency: monthly.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Manager to interpret client briefs and create engaging graphics for Meta and Facebook advertisements.
• Transform client requirements into visually appealing ad graphics for social media platforms.
• Utilize illustrations images and designs to capture the intended theme and tone of communications.
• Develop initial drafts for client review and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure the accuracy of final productions and adherence to client specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in designing Facebook and Instagram graphics particularly ad graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Familiarity with Notion is preferred.
• Ability to handle web design tasks in Framer is a plus and would be highly beneficial.
• Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• A keen eye for visual details with strict quality control standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects.
