Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Manager:
- Customer Growth: Proactively phone a high volume of new clients on the DACH market through provided leads and identify their and the exisiting clientels needs to facilitate their groiwth employing effective crossselling and upselling tactics to enhance product penetration and value.
- Consultative Sales: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs offer solutions and guide them towards a new path of investment. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Sales Cycle management: Performing Sales leadership by leading the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to final negotiations.
- CrossFunctional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams such as Product Operations and Project Leaders ensuring cohesive and successful execution of projects
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You are fluent/native in German and English both in written and verbal
- You are located in Madrid.
- Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a highperformance sales team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Enjoy working in a fast growing and challenging environment.
