To provide services and support to more senior P&O Services colleagues typically learning through on the job experience and undertaking allocated routine activityspecific duties under close supervision and in line with wellestablished procedures.KPI: Timely completion of assigned tasks.
Deliverables:
Handle standard service requests answer questions resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope
Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAPHR Core Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors if applicable to provide the best possible customer experience
Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request
Manage activities as a backup for colleagues in the team whenever needed

* General role description
o Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAPHR Core Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors if applicable to provide the best possible customer experience
o Handle standard service requests answer questions resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
o Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation Data Privacy Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines
o Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes
o Support the team in the operational conversion of HR strategic objectives
o Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request
o Manage activities as a backup for colleagues in the team whenever needed
o Close collaboration with local HR department Rewards Team other stakeholders
o Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope
Knowledge of HR HCM workday and SAP is an advantage
Experience in HR Operations fields
* Daily Tasks participate on the meetings collect minutes decisions and next steps prepare appropriate project documentation codesign processes and governance
* Requirements: English and German language knowledge of HR processes knowledge of WD SAP SNOW MS Office MS Teams
