Administrative Support:
o Receive, analyze, and record the requests for projects from customers.
o Ensure follow-up on projects on behalf of the Sales representative in charge of the customer and according to the prioritization criteria defined.
o Search for answers/solutions internally with the support of Mane HQ or Mane Subsidiaries.
o Communicate the price, technical information, and samples of products offered and sold to clients.
o Finalize the calculation of the Sale Prices, communicate prices, and enter offers in the system.
o Update customers' data in the system and/or communicate the change with teams at HQ.

Office Management:
o Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Director and the team.
o Organize events and conferences when needed.
o Respond to requests for information and inquiries, refer matters to appropriate staff, and/or take action to resolve the matter.
o Schedule meetings and appointments.
o Manage the reception, the visits to the office, and the sending of parcels and mail.
o Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
o Liaise with the IT department on all office equipment.
Your Profile:
.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business administration or related field.
.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
.
Excellent command of MS Office applications.
.
Arabic and English proficiency is a must, French is a plus.
.
Strong organizational abilities, ensuring seamless management of multiple projects with efficiency and precision.
.
Proactive approach to collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
.
Team player skills, willingness to learn.
