Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Manesar Gurugram
Industry: Industrial Automation
Position overview: A driven BDM with 35 years' experience in automation sales. You'll develop strategies build relationships and close deals to expand their client base. Experience with specific automation equipment (conveyors inspection tools) is a plus.

With a robust portfolio encompassing conveyor systems endofline automation and stateoftheart robotics they cater to diverse industries optimizing their operations for efficiency productivity and technological advancement.
Responsibilities:
Develop & execute sales plans to exceed targets in automation material handling and robotics.
Identify & qualify leads understand needs and propose solutions.
Build & maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Conduct product demos & presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Track industry trends & identify growth opportunities.
Prepare & present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.
Provide regular sales reports & updates to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering Business Administration or related) sales certifications (preferred).
3 years of proven sales experience in automation material handling and related equipment.
Strong understanding of automation & familiarity with specific equipment (conveyors checkweighers etc.)
Track record of exceeding sales targets & maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication negotiation & presentation skills.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel.
