Business Analyst (Applications)

Job Description

• Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery in an Agile development environment.

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of departmental systems processes and practices through automation and digital transformation.

• Design Develop Implement and Maintain business applications catering to the businessuser requirements in accordance with the Organizations Software development life cycle.

• Design Develop Implement and Maintain integrations between Business applications.

• Design Develop Implement and Maintain Web Services for Data transfer across Business applications and Business Systems.

• Design Develop Implement and Maintain Workflows and Dashboards for corporate users.

Qualification Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or any related discipline.

• At least tenyear experience in Software development

• At least tenyear experience in .NET technologies (Visual Studio ASP.Net C#)

• At least five years experience in programming with SQL OraclePLSQL Stored procedures.

• Desirable to have more than five years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals domain.

• Desirable to have exposure to Oil & Gas domain related applications like eSOMS STARLIMS Aveva Pi IBM FileNet etc.

• Desirable to have working knowledge of Crystal Reports/SAP Business Objects.

• Solid understanding and working experience on Software development concepts.

• Strong knowledge of IT security and controls.

• Certifications like MCSD desirable.
