Site Acquisition Consultant Dutch

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Dutchspeaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Maastricht office.

Position: Site Acquisition Specialist

Location: Maastricht Netherlands

Work model: Hybrid

Contract type: limited term contract (1 year) with possibility of extension

Remuneration: Base salary commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
• Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
• Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
• Maintaining uptodate information in our custom software
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native level of Dutch with fluency in English
• Ability to travel throughout Netherlands for business
• Sales or negotiations experience
• Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
• Great communication skills
• Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work independently while being team player at the same time
