Your day to day

As a Restaurant Manager youll lead and direct the restaurant operations ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Every day is different but youll mostly be:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated colleagues and culinary professionals.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
• Maintain strict quality control enhancing our reputation as a culinary destination.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate an enticing menu showcasing both local and international flavors.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment nurturing talent and promoting growth.
• Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations guaranteeing a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
  

What we need from you

• 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager preferably within a luxury hotel setting or fine dining restaurant.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
• Excellent leadership skills able to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen capable of driving revenue and achieving financial targets.
• A creative mindset constantly seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices keeping the restaurant operations uptodate and ahead of competitors.
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.
