California-licensed Labor Employment Attorney

This is a remote position.

The Freelance Firm is a boutique legal outsourcing platform that connects law firms with experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals to provide ondemand support for both shortterm and ongoing legal projects.

Due to increasing demand we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in Labor & Employment law in the state of California.

Types of work may include research drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the state of California

Minimum of 5 years in practice

Experience on the employer (defense) side

General civil/commercial litigation experience

Strong research and writing skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines and be wellorganized

Selfstarter and able to work independently
