Prepares agendas and make arrangements for committee board and other meetings.
Complies transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings.
Makes travel arrangements for all employees.
Types files and documents correspondences and records.
Maintains appointment calendars schedules.
Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
Acts as point of contact between office staff and external clients / vendors for various administrative
services.
Receives calls takes messages and routing correspondences
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Arranging meetings and appointments and provides reminders.
Make travel arrangements for clevel
Monitor and place orders and manage office supplies
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Human resource assistance:
Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties.
Responsible for the office administration.
Responsible for the update of the staff personnel file.
Respond to employees inquiries and requests as first point of contact in order to provide positive
employee experience.
In charge of employee benefits such as but not limited to medical insurance and other related matters
for all staff and followup in the billing process.
Help in recruitment activities.
Handle All Government operational services ( including : GOSI MUQEEM HRSD MOFA COC MOI ) and
Monitor and administer government portals as necessary.
Oversee the employee government relations processes services and activities.
Prepares and monitors Inspection and First Aid Box Inspection.
Responsible of purchasing employeerelated materials or collaterals.
Key internal working relationship:
Support all department.
Job specification:
Degree qualification preferably in business administration.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent interpersonal skills able to organize and co ordinate in a systematic manner.
