Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) to final placement.
• Manage client relationships ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Handle client submissions and followups ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Report to your manager with detailed situation analysis and updates.
• Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until they are successfully hired by the client.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Junior GRM:

• Manage 5 Recruitment Representatives (RR).
• Achieve 46 submissions per month (combined manager and team effort).
• Secure 18 placements per quarter (combined manager and team effort).
