Statistics Engineer Biostatistician

Key Responsibilities:

• Design analyze and interpret clinical study data to support the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including biologists data scientists and software engineers to understand data requirements and provide statistical expertise.
• Develop and implement statistical models and methodologies to analyze largescale biological datasets.
• Perform data validation quality control and exploratory data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Prepare detailed statistical analysis plans and reports summarizing findings and insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new statistical methods and tools tailored to specific research needs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in biostatistics bioinformatics and related fields to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards in all statistical analyses.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics Biostatistics Mathematics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in biostatistics or a similar role preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or SAS.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies including hypothesis testing regression analysis and survival analysis.
• Experience with clinical trial design and analysis.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
