We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows 365 Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing Windows environments particularly Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
As a Windows 365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration deployment maintenance and optimization of Windows 365 environments to ensure seamless operations and maximum performance.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Configure and deploy Windows 365 environments according to organizational requirements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates patches and security enhancements to ensure system reliability and security.
Monitor Windows 365 environments for performance availability and security issues and take proactive measures to address any identified issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 365 environments in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate Windows 365 environments with existing systems and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation including configuration guides standard operating procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Windows 365 technology and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize system performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
