About JUMPYARD

JumpYard is much more than a trampoline park.

We currently have parks in Sweden Denmark Norway Spain and Portugal!

Our parks are evolving and growing rapidly and today our visitors can experience activities such as Climbing Skyrider Valo Jump Valo Arena Wipe Out various Ninja circuits and many other activities.

The secret to our success is of course the joy and fun that movement brings. Another key success factor is our staff: with a focus on the safety and experience of each customer we create an environment where everyone can (and wants to!) visit us all 7 days a week all year round!


We are looking for a competent ITHelpdesk Assistant to provide fast and useful global technical assistance on all software and hardware to all our locations. An excellent Helpdesk Assistant must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.


THE ROLE

The IT Helpdesk Assistant role will sit within our internal IT Team based in Portugal. You will act as the first point of contact for JumpYard employees by phone email or through remote access in a timely and accurate manner to provide support where required. This includes dealing with IT helpdesk support requests as well as diagnosing maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware.You will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees.Adhere to procedures for logging reporting and monitoring helpdesk requests. You will be able tocreate a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow up strong technical skills good communication and relationship building. You will provide installation and support of PC and some Apple hardware and software (including peripheral devices such as printers).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone and email;
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
  • Prioritize incoming requests and issues;
  • Diagnose problems raised in relation to hardware and software and escalate to the appropriate individuals/company/service provider;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided;
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support;
  • Record events and problems and their resolution;
  • Followup and update ticket status and information;
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team;
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Swedish Spanish and Portuguese are a plus);
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Business 365 products; SalesForce;Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Mac OS;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Selfconfidence and interpersonal skills;
  • A calm and professional approach;
  • Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and nontechnical team members;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Able to manage time effectively set priorities appropriately schedule calls;
  • Selfmotivated proactive and enthusiastic;
  • Proven experience as a helpdesk assistant or other customer support role;
  • Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products.
