As a consulting company, we often are faced with the challenge of creating an engineering team in a matter of a week or two. To do that, we have created a secondary support business that runs an engineering talent network and provides staffing services. Senior Program Manager | Virtasant Abu Dhabi | Apply Now 5+ years of work experience in program management or product management in software companies, with a track record in client-facing roles. • Demonstrated experience across the entire software product development cycle. • Exceptional project and people management skills, capable of developing product strategy, roadmap, and driving project execution. • In-depth understanding of data privacy and protection laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA),and ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 27001 and ISO 27701) with a willingness to continually deepen this knowledge. Direct experience is a plus but not a requirement. • Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of privacy management tools (e.g. One Trust), concepts (e.g. cookie and consent management, data processors, data controllers) and privacy operations (e.g. handling DSARs) . • Hands-on experience with data management (e.g. collection, classification, retention and disposition). • Deep understanding and experience of auditing and implementing risk management an security controls as part of SDLC and Dev Ops processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable advising business partners on best practices and promoting optimal technical solutions. • Passionate about working with customers to understand their scenarios and business drivers. • Excellent written and oral communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with a passion for cloud-scale services. • Strong presentation skills and credibility with executives. • Experience in the media industry and/or digital space, with hands-on experience with content and/or media asset management solutions. • Proven capability to work independently and steer issues to closure. • Experience working with remote teams is preferred. • Written and oral communication skills in Arabic are preferred.
