Senior Technical Support L2 with English

We are looking for a Web Expert with good knowledge in HTML CSS and Javascript to join a leading advertising company based in Madrid..

Our client is a leading service provider in Madrid and theyre specialized in digital advertising/programmatic ads.

Tasks

In your daytoday you will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting integration activation and placement monetization technical issues while working alongside the Publisher TAM team

Building the knowledge of the TAM team to optimize execution of technical issues and publishers optimization on the web

Working closely with Publisher Business Developers to support account growth by analyzing the daytoday management of the accounts

Taking care of the integration monitoring and upkeep of the publishers

Updating and providing publishers data analysis

Seeking intelligent solutions that unlock additional revenue opportunities for publishers and our client

Keeping up with the latest technologies

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have experience in Technical Support L2 and have a good knowledge of programming languages mainly JavaScript HTML and CSS.

Youre used to solving technical web problems

You have at least a C1 level of English. Any other languages will be a plus

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Ideally you have a good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem formats KPIs and technologies (such as header bidding SSPs Prebid Amazon TAM Google OB)
