Responsibilities
Prepare a study on the Moroccan market including the market sizing segmentation competition analysis
Analyze market trends growth opportunities and potential barriers to entry.
Develop a detailed market entry plan outlining objectives timelines and resource requirements.
Identify the most effective channels for market penetration including direct sales partnerships and online platforms.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Generate leads through targeted outreach networking and relationship building.
Nurture client relationships through effective communication product demonstrations and personalized followups.
Convert prospects into customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the product team providing valuable feedback to enhance the Garment IO system.
Achieve sales objectives analyze performance data and lead conversion efforts from various marketing channels.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities including lead generation pipeline status conversions and revenue.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Represent the company in front of external institutions and authorities.
Represent the company in trade fairs and relevant exhibitions as a visitor or as an exhibitor
Fluent in English Arabic and French.
Experience with garments manufacturing is a must
Proven sales and project management experience ideally in technology or manufacturing with a focus on the garment industry.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
Familiarity with tech sales methodologies processes and strategies.
Effective communicator skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
Detailoriented and organized capable of managing multiple priorities.
Technical acumen to understand and communicate system features and benefits.
Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Selfmotivated adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments.
