Assistant Legal Manager

Position Overview:
The Assistant Legal Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our family park operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong legal acumen and excellent communication skills to support various legal functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance:Monitor and ensure the park’s compliance with local national and international laws and regulations.

Contract Management:Draft review and manage contracts agreements and other legal documents to minimize risks and protect the park’s interests.

Advisory Services:Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management on a wide range of issues including labor laws environmental regulations and commercial agreements.

Dispute Resolution:Assist in handling disputes negotiations and litigation matters working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.

Policy Development:Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Risk Management:Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

Minimum of 35 years of experience in a legal role preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.

Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
