Senior Commercial Solicitor

Themis Recruit is seeking a commercial solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial solicitor to join a leading regional Law Firm team as a Senior solicitor where you will receive the continuous training development and support needed to advance towards Partnership. Position Overview

The Commercial Senior Solicitor will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and oversee and develop your own diverse caseload of complex commercial and technology law matters The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial law possess exceptional analytical and negotiation skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving complex legal issues while also playing a crucial role in supervising and fostering the ongoing growth of the team.

Requirements

• Education: Qualified solicitor/ CILEX
  
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience in commercial law preferably within a leading law firm or inhouse legal department.
  
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract law corporate law and regulatory compliance. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution is highly desirable.
