Position: Operational Excellence Manager

Reporting to: Operations Director

Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Key Accountability:

Our esteemed client is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to ensure optimal operational efficiency at the lowest cost. Reporting directly to the Operations Director the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the achievement of targets aligned with the strategic objectives: Safety Quality Cost Delivery and People.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency across all facets of the organization.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes.

Lead initiatives to streamline operations reduce waste and improve overall productivity.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement fostering innovation and excellence at every level.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards related to safety quality and operational processes.

Provide leadership and guidance to teams fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Quality systems; Masters degree preferred.

710 years of experience in operations management or a related role with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
