Company Description
Tarabezah is a mobile application based in Amman, Jordan that helps users find and reserve hangout places. The app provides a wide range of choices for restaurants, lounges, and cafes, allowing users to instantly book a table. Tarabezah is user-friendly, socially aware, and constantly updated to meet customer demands. Users can also earn promotions through the app when reserving at partnering venues. Although currently available in Amman, Tarabezah has plans to expand to the rest of the Middle East.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist at Tarabezah in Amman. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building relationships with customers, promoting the app's features and benefits, conducting training sessions, and managing sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Ability to provide training and support to customers
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in sales management is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
