DIRECTOR OF FOOD amp BEVERAGE - Park Hyatt Doha

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a talented Director of Food and Beverage. This role entails overseeing the efficient operation of the division in alignment with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees guests and owners. The Director will function as both the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department ensuring the successful and profitable operation of all outlets banquets and their respective kitchens in accordance with the hotels standards.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B in large property. Good operational administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Middle East experience will be an asset.
