Water Treatment Sales Executive- Equipment amp Chemicals - Hydroguard Environmental Solutions LLC

Position Overview:

The Water Treatment Specialist is responsible for the business development of water treatment systems and chemicals in the region. This role involves working with various water treatment consultantstraders EPCs & Government bodies to ensure business development goals are achieved. The specialist will work closely with clients engineers and other stakeholders to provide tailored water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chemical Selection and Application:
• Evaluate and select appropriate water treatment chemicals (e.g. coagulants flocculants biocides antiscalants corrosion inhibitors) based on water quality analysis.
• Design and implement chemical treatment programs to optimize water treatment processes.
• Monitor chemical usage and adjust dosages to maintain water quality standards.
• Sale of swimming pool chemicals (Calcium Hypo TCCA Pool pH control Bromine)
• Equipment Management:
• Recommend and install water treatment equipment such as RO Plant MMF ACF Industrial filters pumps membranes and ion exchange systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals to ensure continuous operation.
• Water Quality Monitoring:
• Perform regular water sampling and analysis to monitor the effectiveness of treatment processes.
• Utilize water testing instruments and interpret the results to make datadriven decisions.
• Document and report water quality parameters compliance with regulations and treatment performance.
• Customer Support and Training:
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding water treatment processes and products.
• Conduct site visits to assess treatment system performance and recommend improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all water treatment processes and products comply with local state and federal regulations.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of water treatment regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports as required.
• Research and Development:
• Stay informed about advancements in water treatment technology and chemicals.
• Participate in research and development projects to enhance treatment processes and product offerings.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to test and evaluate new chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in water treatment preferably in a technical or engineering role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and chemical applications.
• Proficiency in using water quality analysis instruments and software.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily officebased with regular site visits to treatment facilities.
• May require working in industrial environments with exposure to chemicals and equipment noise.
• 60% travel to customer sites and conferences.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: RO350.000 RO400.000 per month
