Logistics Coordinator Female Candidate - VMCO Gulf

1. Scope of work

The logistics Coordinator manages the endtoend logistics process for our imported products in Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining accurate documentation.

2. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents including bills of lading commercial invoices packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Shipping Method Confirmation: Select and confirm the most efficient and costeffective shipping methods for each shipment.
• Shipment Tracker Entry: Accurately record and update shipment information in the companys tracking system.
• Shipment Stage Updates: Monitor and update shipment status at each stage from origin to destination.
• Customs Agents Management: Liaise with customs agents to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with all import regulations.
• Shipping Company Management: Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange transportation track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
• SFDA Registration: Manage the registration process for new products with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).
• SABER Registration: Obtain SABER (Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization) registration for imported products.
• New Product Label: Ensure that new product labels comply with Saudi labeling regulations.
• Quality Check Before Shipping: Conduct thorough quality checks on all products before shipment to ensure they meet company standards.
• Fasah & Zakat System: Manage and maintain records in the Fasah (clearance platform) and Zakat (tax) systems.

3. Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Experience (02 years)
• Strong understanding of Saudi customs regulations and import procedures.
• Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: 4000.00 4500.00 per month
