Marketing CoordinatorAssistant - Chocomelt Restaurants Company

Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate internal and external communications including with marketing agencies and the internal marketing team.
• Support the creation of marketing materials including graphics animations and other media content.
• Maintain the brands digital asset library and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Help organize and execute events ensuring all marketing materials and logistics are handled smoothly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing social media accounts including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Execute all duties assigned by the immediate supervisor/management in a timely manner.

Skills:

• Knowledge of technical photography skills digital marketing content marketing social media marketing
• Able to follow instructions and manage time effectively
• Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Good written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills
