Accountant - Jubilant Business solutions SPC

We are looking for a finance manager who will be responsible for

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial projections.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management for decisionmaking purposes including investment decisions pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory filings ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee the daytoday activities of the finance department including accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
• Manage relationships with external auditors tax advisors and other financial service providers.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in finance and accounting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least X years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and financial analysis techniques.

Pay: RO250.000 RO350.000 per month
