Role Description

This is a full-time remote role

The AI specialist (m/f/d) will develop new AI-based-functions within our project management software upmesh. These functions will help our customers to work more effectively with the provided software to enhance the productivity of the whole company.

Together with our development-team, you will plan, develop and integrate the new functionality.

Skills:

Desired skills

- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

- You have practical experience in developing and deploying AI models.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn or LoRA.

- Experience with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Scrum and Kanban are no strangers to you.

Preferred skills

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision projects.

- Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy considerations.

- Hands-on experience with deploying AI models in production environments.

Additional qualifications

Experience in the programming language: Jave Script / TypeScript

Construction industry-related knowledge

IT-knowledge / technical understanding /advanced interest in current trends and technologies.

Basics commercial skills

Knowledge of the entire process (from software development to the basic principles and methods of software engineering)
