Job Description

• Expertise in Cisco Video Conferencing products mandatory
• Provide technical support for audio and video conferencing systems in conference rooms and meeting spaces.
• Set up and test audiovisual equipment including projectors displays microphones speakers cameras and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio video and connectivity in conference rooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of conference room equipment.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of audiovisual upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to address any network or connectivity issues affecting audiovideo systems.
• Provide training and technical guidance to endusers on the proper use of conference room equipment.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in audiovideo conferencing.
• Manage inventory of audiovisual equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for audiovideo conference room setups.
• Participate in the setup and support of virtual meetings and webinars.
• Assist in the planning and execution of largescale events requiring audiovisual support.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders for installations and upgrades.
