Job responsibility
Connect with customers to understand their concerns and provide credit counselling.
Address customer inquiries uncertainties grievances and suggestions promptly and professionally.
Uphold ClearMyDues commitment to providing highquality service to customers.
Ensure every interaction with customers contributes to a seamless and positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions including comments and actions taken.
Requirement
Graduate or undergraduate degree 0 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Ideally based in Delhi NCR or Gurugram DRA certified is advantageous.
Familiarity with CIBIL Credit Score NPA and Delinquencies
Proficient in both English and Hindi facilitating effective communication with customers.
Demonstrated willingness to work in a targetbased environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
