Overview:

The Telecalling Voice Process role is vital in our organization as it is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products or services resolve customer inquiries and issues and generate sales. The role requires excellent communication skills persuasive abilities and a customerfocused approach to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics or inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide information about products or services and assist customers in the selection process.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to obtain feedback and improve services.
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep abreast of product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a telemarketing or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or relevant field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and persuasion tactics.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of successful customer interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
