Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and building key customer relationships. They are responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base. This role is instrumental in fostering longterm partnerships and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research
  • Devise and implement strategies for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends potential new markets and customer needs
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of business development efforts
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company objectives and guidelines
  • Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market competition
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress
  • Participate in trade shows exhibitions and networking events to promote the companys products and services
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced and everchanging business environment
