Product Trainer

• Enable customers in Opkey product adoption for their ERP test automation projects. via online training sessions and workshops.
• Preferred functional Knowledge of Oracle Fusion / EBS / SAP /Sales Force /MSD / Any other ERP
• Interacts with learners and helps them understand the product features usage or domain knowledge.
• Works with the product team to ensure knowledge of new features and update content assignment and workbooks as required.
• Responsible for training logistics reports and measure effectiveness
• Instructs participants in classroom lectures and follows up to determine the applicability of the sessions.
• Works with Project manager and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
• Contributes to content creation for online course creation

• 3 years of experience in delivering technical training sessions for a global audience on ERP(Preferred Oracle EBS/Fusion)
• Preferred functional Knowledge of Oracle Fusion / EBS / SAP /Sales Force /MSD / Any other ERP
• Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easytoabsorb way.
• Experience creating interactive and engaging training content.
• Experienced with instructional design techniques based on adult learning standards.
• Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
• Experience in test automation or manual testing is a plus
