1. Lead the ideation development and implementation of innovative products and solutions aligned with BizVidyas mission and vision.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights define requirements and prioritize features for product development.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and competitive landscape in the education and innovation sectors.
4. Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch including defining user stories creating prototypes and conducting usability testing.
5. Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
6. Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging creativity experimentation and continuous improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and cuttingedge methodologies related to product development and innovation.
8. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering professional growth and development in the field of product innovation.

1. Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. Proven track record of successful product development and innovation in a similar role preferably within the education or technology sector.
3. Strong understanding of design thinking lean startup methodologies and agile development processes.
4. Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Experience working remotely and managing projects in a virtual environment.
8. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
