Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Production Support

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Who can lead the production support functional and technical team and have an overall understanding of the functionality Should have good application expertise
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Good in Costing module
• Testing and documentation skills; Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Would be 70% functional and 30% technical (Out of 30% technical he should be able to write SQL queries Debugging if required)
• Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Finance system
• Resolve production support issues and incidents promptly
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
• Participate in system enhancements upgrades and customizations
• Perform system testing and support end users during UAT
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
• Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate Oracle Finance with other systems
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Provide training and support to end users as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance technofunctional support
• Strong understanding of Oracle Finance modules and their integration with other systems
• Proficiency in SQL Debugging and Oracle EBusiness Suite
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in system testing and UAT support
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Oracle certifications in finance modules are an advantage
