Overview
As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at our healthcare facility in Rewari Haryana you will play a crucial role in providing primary medical care to patients and assisting senior healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating illnesses. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment collaborating with the medical team and conducting medical procedures. Your role is essential in ensuring the delivery of highquality healthcare services and maintaining patient safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assessing and examining patients to make accurate diagnoses and providing appropriate treatment
- Monitoring and managing the medical conditions of patients
- Assisting in surgeries and medical procedures as required
- Prescribing medication and administering treatments
- Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care
- Collaborating with consultants and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Participating in patient education and counseling to promote wellness
- Adhering to healthcare regulations standards and guidelines
- Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions
Required qualifications
- MBBS degree and valid medical license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an RMO or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology procedures and treatments
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
