Key responsibilities

• Assessing and examining patients to make accurate diagnoses and providing appropriate treatment
• Monitoring and managing the medical conditions of patients
• Assisting in surgeries and medical procedures as required
• Prescribing medication and administering treatments
• Documenting and maintaining accurate patient records
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care
• Collaborating with consultants and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Participating in patient education and counseling to promote wellness

• Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• MBBS degree and valid medical license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an RMO or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology procedures and treatments
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and instruments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
• Sound decisionmaking and critical thinking abilities
