Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership of the site operational QA employees. Monitor and drive their performance.

Gaining an understanding of the clients needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.

Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higherquality goods.

Devising improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes and training staff to use them.

Supervising quality technicians and other staff members and providing guidance.

Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Inspecting the final output comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final products.

Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

Gaining feedback from the clients attending meetings submitting reports and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Use effective negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve conflict.

Provide coaching and constructive feedback

Collaborate with team and crossfunctional partners

Evaluate data assess and develop options

Quality Control Manager Requirements:

A bachelors degree BE/B Tech Master s would be an added advantage

Previous experience in leading a team of Quality Dept for 23 years. total relevant exp in quality dept of more than 10 years

Strong attention to detail observation organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent mathematical ability data analysis and statistical methods.

Good communication and listening skills.

Hands on IT skills.

Indepth knowledge of quality control procedures and various design & test standards.

NDT level 2 certiofication

Experienced with CAPA root cause analysis & stastical quality control tools

Well versed with important QMS requirements ISO& OSHAS etc..

Should be a qualified internal auditor exposure to QMS MR requirements

Ability to independently handle QAP QAP NDT & Third party audit / inspections

Ability to understand design & develop the right level of QAP as per project specific requirements.
