Hiring AEM Dev Lead 4-14 years

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AEM development activities including design coding and testing.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements for AEM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure the adherence to best practices and coding standards in AEM development.
• Participate in architectural and design reviews for AEM projects.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AEM solutions.
• Identify and address technical risks and issues in AEM projects.
• Train and mentor junior team members in AEM development.
• Manage AEM deployments and ensure platform stability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM development processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 414 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in AEM and related technologies such as Apache Sling JCR OSGi and Sightly.
• Proven track record of leading AEM development teams and delivering successful projects.
• Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting in AEM.
• Excellent understanding of web development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and RESTful web services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive consensus on technical solutions.
• Certifications in AEM or related Adobe technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
