Job Title: Human Resource Assocaite
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Assocaite to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to recruit onboard and manage the sales executive team for selling our annual car and bike subscription products. As a growing platform we are focused on expanding our customer base and require skilled professionals to achieve our sales targets. The role will involve identifying and targeting potential customers and therefore we are seeking individuals with strong recruitment and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit onboard and manage the sales executive team
- Collaborate with the business development team to target customers
- Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
Location: Work from home
Selection Process: Business Development Manager round
Salary Offered:INR per month
Working Days: 6 days a week with Sundays off
Shifts: 10:00 am 7:00 pm
