Procurement Manager

• Develop implement and manage sourcing strategies for B2B customers including current core categories and new product/category introductions like basic office supplies and renewable products ensuring costeffectiveness and timely delivery throughout India.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing quotations and delivery terms
• Assist with RFQs/RFPs for special procurement projects
• Manage and supervise the pricing process to prepare profitable quotes and onboard new customers
• Collaborate with Sales team to handle vendor discrepancies
• Analyse data to identify lowmargin products and customers and develop action plans for improvement
• Lead the CGP (Corporate Gifting Promotion) category driving sales and profitability through strategic planning and datadriven insights
• Develop strong commercial acumen to understand customer needs andreferences
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring quality adherence to forecasts and market intelligence
• Oversee pricing product planning merchandise mix quality parameters and markdown management for assigned categories
• Partner with Marketing to design categoryspecific promotions and drive website traffic
• Lead import procurement for local and foreign materials ensuring timely execution of purchase orders and compliance with customs regulations
• Generate MIS reports for top management and manage warehouse inventory levels

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management preferably in B2B and ecommerce environments
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement costsaving procurement strategies
• Experience with procurement softwares is a plus
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
