CTO Full-stack developer Equity only

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute the technological vision and roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with overall business strategies and goals.
• Technology Development and Management:
• Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of technology platforms.
• Ensure the reliability security and scalability of online platforms.
• Lead the selection and integration of appropriate technologies and software solutions.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Build lead and mentor a highperforming technology team.
• Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and accountability within the tech team.
• Product Development:
• Work closely with product managers healthcare professionals educators and other stakeholders to develop new features and services.
• Oversee the design development and deployment of digital products and services.
• Partnership and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with partners including hospitals clinics gyms educational institutions and other stakeholders to integrate and enhance service offerings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Data Management and Analytics:
• Implement advanced data analytics and machine learning algorithms to provide personalized recommendations and insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Funding and Financial Management:
• Participate in fundraising activities and pitch technology vision to potential investors.
• Manage the technology budget efficiently and ensure costeffective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a startup or techdriven company.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development data analytics and machine learning.
• Experience in healthcare technology and/or educational technology is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic technology plans.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment.
• Willingness to work on an equity basis until postfunding.
