الوصف الوظيفي
Position : Consultant (Senior Architect)
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10 Years and must have working experience in Revit
Working Model : 5 days WFO (Incase deliverables come up might require to work but can work from home)
Qualifications : M. Architecture / B. Architecture
Preference : PMP/ IPMA/ LEED or IGBC certification / Quality auditor will be added advantage
Interview F2F ONLY
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the achievement of Business Plan objectives and targets.
Provide full Architect s services as described in the RIBA Plan of Work and the Standard Form of Agreement for the Appointment of an Architect .
Liaise with and give advice to a wide range of clients and external and inhouse consultants.
Provide and maintain high standards of design specification construction and contract management.
Ensure compliance with clients Standing Orders Codes of Practice and Acts of Parliament.
Assist the Team Leader in the management of design projects from briefing to completion.
Prepare and check drawings and specifications for schemes for technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards.
Allocate work to a project team and take day to day responsibility for the direction of the team as nominated by the Team Leader.
Plan and monitor the time and costs associated with projects as allocated and take management action to ensure that the agreed rate of return is achieved.
Assist the Team Leader in the assessment of team resource capacity and to allocate and monitor work undertaken by members of the team.
Ensure/contribute/lead on the delivery of quality assured client focused products and services to meet agreed client requirements.
Ensure the implementation and compliance of all GCEPL policies.
Contribute to the operation and development of the Business Management System to ensure the continuous improvement of quality assured services/products for clients.
Promote Sustainable Design within the team and within projects wherever opportunities are available.
Carry out other duties appropriate to the level and character of the post.
Technical Skill Set Required:
Practical understanding of structures specifications and detailed drawings for buildings and other structures.
Logical analysis of problems
Ability to tackle nonconventional structure.
Personal/Behavioural Skill Set Required:
Ability to guide Architectures / Draughtsman
Good communication skills
Team player Practical and Creative
Able to accept responsibility and work without supervision
Functional Skill Set Required:
Sound knowledge of software required for designing (Autocad Revit Photoshop etc.)
Interpretation of analysis results for possible solutions.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Capable of guiding others on use of foreign codes.
Should be able to form core team for executing time bound project.
Fix up priorities as per site feedback.
