Customer Support with German - Anti-financial Crime Remote in Greece

• 1300 month salary up to 200 performance bonus

• Support customers via phone chat & email
• Prevent fraud protect data and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador of our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times

• Fluent level of German (at least C1)
• Good level of English (at least B2)
• Communication skills

• Standard salary of 1300 gross per month 2 additional salaries per year
• Up to 200 gross Performance Bonus per month for results from work and meeting expectations
