Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operation of Camber Brazil office ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all departments.
- Direct and support the National Sales Managers and a team of Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets in B2B B2C retail hospital business and tender business sectors.
- Lead the regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations and standards.
- Ensure that the quality team maintains the highest standards of product quality and safety.
- Guide the HR & Admin team to foster a positive productive work environment.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and distribution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals particularly in therapies such as oncology biosimilars cardiology diabetes hospital products or critical care.
- Proven track record in leading diverse teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
