Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Freehold NJ. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our services pricing and products.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Assist in the preparation of customer feedback reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g. CRM).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly patient demeanor.
